This page explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones this website uses, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies — such as localStorage and sessionStorage — also store small amounts of data in your browser, and pixels or tags can be used to record that a page was loaded.
They are used for things like remembering your preferences, keeping a site working correctly, measuring how a site is used, and measuring advertising.
2. What this website currently uses
This website does not set any cookies.
There is no analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixel, no heatmap or session recording, and no third-party chat, map or video embed. Fonts are served from this website itself, so your browser does not make a request to an external font service.
The only thing stored in your browser is a single temporary entry, imacc:lastSubmission, used to show your enquiry summary back to you on the
confirmation page and deleted as soon as that page has displayed it. It is browser
sessionStorage, not a cookie, and it never leaves your browser. It is listed in full
below.
Because there is currently no optional technology that would require your consent, no accept/reject cookie banner is displayed. A consent manager will be put in place before any optional analytics, advertising, embedded media or comparable technology is introduced, so that nothing of that kind loads without asking you first.

Cookies and similar technologies are usually grouped into the categories below. Only the first is in use on this website today; the others are explained so you know what would be involved if they were ever added.
Strictly necessary
Needed for the website to function or to deliver something you asked for. These do not require consent, and they cannot be switched off without breaking the site. The one entry this site uses is in this category.
Preferences
Remember choices you make, such as your privacy settings, so you are not asked again on every visit. Not currently in use.
Analytics
Help us understand how the website is used — for example which pages are visited — so we can improve it. Not currently in use.
Marketing / advertising
Used to measure advertising effectiveness and, where applicable, to show relevant advertising on other platforms. Not currently in use.

Some technologies are set by other companies rather than by us. None are currently in use. Where any are added, they will be listed in the table below along with the provider.

This table is kept up to date as technologies change. If a new analytics or advertising technology is added, it will appear here and — where consent is required — you will be asked before it loads.
5. How long they last
- Session — cleared when you close the browser or tab. The one entry this site uses is in this category.
- Persistent — stays until it expires or you clear it. Typically used to remember a preference such as your privacy choices. None currently in use on this site.
6. Changing your choices
Because no optional cookies or similar technologies are in use, there is currently nothing to consent to and no preference banner is shown. Showing a banner with nothing behind it would be misleading, so we do not. If that changes, a consent manager will be implemented first: a cookie preference control will be added to the site footer and you will be asked before any optional technology loads. 7. Browser settings
You can also control cookies and site data directly in your browser — blocking them, deleting them, or asking to be warned before they are set. The exact steps differ by browser, and the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each explain their own settings.
Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of a website from working properly. On this site, blocking it would mean the confirmation page cannot show your enquiry summary back to you.
