  6. How to make a request

This page brings together the privacy controls available to you in one place. Which of these apply to you depends on the privacy laws of where you live, but we will do our best to honour reasonable requests regardless of where you are. Every request on this page is made the same way: by email to ianquijano@gmail.com.

1. Manage cookie preferences

There is currently nothing to opt out of. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising technologies, so no consent banner is shown.

If optional technologies are added later, a cookie preference control will appear in the site footer and you will be asked before anything non-essential loads. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.

2. Requests about your personal information

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

  • Access — tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • Correct — fix information that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Delete — erase information, where deletion is available to you under applicable law and we are not required to keep it
  • Restrict — limit how we use information while a question about it is resolved
  • Object — object to a particular use of your information
  • Withdraw consent — where we relied on your consent, withdraw it at any time
  • Portability — receive information you gave us in a portable format, where that right applies

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. We will not treat you differently or refuse service because you exercised a privacy right.

3. Opt out of marketing communications

We do not currently run a newsletter or marketing list, and sending a project enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. If we ever introduce marketing email, it will be by a separate, optional opt-in, and every such message will carry an unsubscribe link. You can also email ianquijano@gmail.com at any time to ask not to be contacted for marketing.

Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary messages about a project already under way — for example replies to your enquiry, or updates about work in progress.

4. Do not sell or share my personal information

IMACCSTUDIO does not sell personal information for money, and does not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Some advertising and analytics technologies can be treated as "sharing" or as a "sale" under certain privacy laws. As at the date at the top of this page, no such technologies are installed on this website — there is no advertising pixel, no retargeting tag and no analytics — so there is currently no such activity to opt out of.

If that changes, this page and the Cookie Policy will be updated and an opt-out control will be provided here. You can also email ianquijano@gmail.com at any time to ask about this.

5. Browser privacy signals

Some browsers and extensions can send an automated privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), indicating that you do not want your information shared or sold.

This website does not sell or share personal information and runs no tracking, advertising or analytics technology, so there is presently no tracking preference for such a signal to change, and we do not currently claim to detect or act on it. If optional technologies are ever introduced, the consent manager put in place for them will need to handle these signals before anything goes live, and this page will be updated to say exactly how they are treated.

6. How to make a request

Email ianquijano@gmail.com and tell us what you would like us to do. It helps if you include enough detail for us to find your information — for example the email address you used when you contacted us.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose someone's information to the wrong person. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and within any period required by applicable law.

An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf where the applicable law allows it; we may ask for proof of that authority.
