1. Information we collect

We only collect what we reasonably need. Depending on how you use the website, this may include:

Information you give us directly

When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to enter:

• your name
• your email address
• your agency or company name, if you provide it
• your website URL, if you provide one
• the package you are interested in, if you select one
• the collaboration platform your team uses, if you choose to tell us
• any other notes or messages you choose to write

Only your name and email address are required. Everything else is optional, and the form does not ask for a phone number, a postal address, payment details or any other sensitive information.

When you submit the form, your enquiry is sent by email from this website to our business inbox, using our hosting provider's mail service (listed under Third-party services), so that we can respond to you.

Information collected automatically

Like almost all websites, the hosting service that delivers these pages processes standard technical information as part of serving a request — typically an IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, and the referring page. This is ordinary server activity and is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

2. How information is collected

• Through the project enquiry form — when you submit your project details.
• Through direct communication — when you email us or otherwise get in touch, including anything you send during a project.
• Automatically by the hosting service — standard server and access logs, as described above.

3. Why information is used

Information is used only for purposes that are relevant to this business:

• to reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
• to understand your project and prepare a quote or proposal
• to deliver and manage the services you ask for
• to communicate with you about a project that is under way
• to keep the website working, available and secure
• to meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations that apply to us

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your enquiry details to build advertising profiles.

Where the law that applies to you requires a legal basis for processing, ours will usually be one of the following: taking the steps you ask for before entering into a contract, or performing that contract, when you send an enquiry or engage us; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving this website and our business, balanced against your own interests; compliance with legal obligations that apply to us; and your consent, only where we actually ask for it — for example if optional cookies were ever introduced.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website does not currently set any cookies, and no analytics or advertising technologies are installed. The only thing stored in your browser is a temporary entry used to show your enquiry summary back to you on the confirmation page, which is removed immediately afterwards.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and run the business. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes we ask them to.

6. International data transfers

We are based in the Philippines and work with agencies in Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Your information will normally be processed in the Philippines, and it passes through the servers of the service providers listed above, which may be located in other countries. Privacy law where your information is processed may differ from the law where you live.

We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and to protect information wherever it is processed. We do not claim to rely on any particular international-transfer mechanism — such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision — and this policy should not be read as making that claim. If a specific mechanism becomes relevant to a project, it will be dealt with in the project agreement.

7. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for — for example to answer your enquiry, to deliver and support a project, to meet contractual obligations, for legitimate business records, and to comply with any legal or tax obligations that apply to us.

When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or put it beyond use. You can ask us to delete information sooner — see Your privacy rights below.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

No website, service or method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information — such as identity documents, financial account details or passwords — through the enquiry form.

9. Your privacy rights

Which privacy rights you have, and exactly how they work, depends on where you live and which law applies to you. The summary below is a guide for the places most of our visitors come from. It is not a promise that every right listed applies to every visitor, and it is not a claim that every law named applies to us in every case — but we honour these requests from anyone, wherever they are.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union

Data protection law there (the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR) generally gives you the right to access your personal information; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests; to receive information you gave us in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing was based on consent. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EU, the data protection authority for your country. We would ask that you contact us first so we can try to put things right.

If you are in Australia

The Australian Privacy Principles generally give you the right to ask what personal information an organisation holds about you, to access it, to have it corrected, and to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Whether the Privacy Act formally applies to a small business based outside Australia can depend on the circumstances; we honour these requests regardless.

If you are in the United States

A number of US states, including California, give their residents rights to know what personal information is collected about them; to access, correct or delete it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information and do not run targeted advertising, so there is currently no opt-out to make; the other requests are available to you by contacting us. Whether a particular state law applies to a business of our size depends on thresholds set by that law; we honour these requests regardless.

If you are in the Philippines

The Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you the right to be informed, to access and correct your personal information, to object to certain processing, to erasure or blocking in some circumstances, to data portability, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Everywhere else

If you live somewhere not listed above, you may still have rights under your local law. Ask us and we will do our best to help.

To make a request, see Your Privacy Choices or contact us at ianquijano@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose someone's information to the wrong person. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

10. Marketing communications

Submitting the project enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing. It lets us reply to you about your enquiry and your project — nothing more.

If you separately opt in to receive occasional updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing ianquijano@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about a project that is already under way.

11. Children

This website and these services are intended for businesses and the people who work in them. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, the services or the tools we use change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how your information is handled, we will take reasonable steps to make that clear.
